• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000
• A shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number
• Courier details
• Estimated delivery date

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most locations across Pakistan.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
